Her love for photography began at an early age, inspired by her father’s own creative work behind the camera. As his frequent subject, she developed a deep appreciation for the power of imagery—an instinct that would later shape her career. From that moment on, photography wasn’t just an interest; it was the only path she could imagine. 

Lisa’s combination of vibrant colors, dynamic movement, and expert lighting results in bold, eye-catching images that demand attention. Inspired by the natural world, she brings a sense of balance and unexpected beauty to her compositions. When she’s not in the studio, she’s often outdoors—hiking, rock climbing, or mountain biking—always seeking new perspectives to fuel her creativity. She also enjoys working with ceramics, creating unique pieces to add to her ever-growing prop collection. 

Her passion for food extends far beyond her work. With the belief that food is medicine, Lisa loves to cook and brings the same artistry to her own kitchen as she does to her photography. She eats in color, ensuring every meal includes at least three vibrant hues, and focuses on presentation—even when cooking just for herself. She just can’t help herself! An adventurous foodie, she’s also on a mission to experience every restaurant Chicago has to offer.
